Owning the full U.S. payroll cycle, the full-time Senior Payroll Administrator will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while managing compliance and system optimization remotely. Key responsibilities Manage accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of the U.S. payroll cycle across federal, state, and local requirements Lead payroll operations in UKG, including system configuration, audits, and ongoing optimization Run year-end payroll close, covering reconciliations, reporting, and compliance deliverables Required qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience, including end-to-end U.S. payroll processing Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
