** Responsibilities **
- Recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
- Interview and screen applicants for open positions.
- Recruit for positions such as:
- * General Labor
- Warehouse Associates
- Forklift Operators
- Pick & Pack
- Shipping & Receiving
- Production Workers
- Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Receptionist
- Administrative Assistant
- Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Schedule interviews, orientations, and start dates.
- Maintain candidate information in the recruiting system.
- Follow up with employees and clients after placement.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Meet hiring goals while providing excellent customer service.
** Qualifications **
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
