For opportunities in your area, check out our Careers page at this Position:The Production Control Clerk will perform maintenance production management, to achieve or maintain the desired production levels, to serve as an equipment readiness expert for units supported by the facility, and to provide production guidance and oversight to the maintenance team.Duties/Responsibilities:Compile and record production data from customer orders.Open and Close unit workorders.Track parts/materials ordered against vehicles.Track frequencies of defects.Track Mechanic manhours as recorded.Coordinate with units and other support activities concerning the delivery, status of repair operations, and/or pick up of completed work orders.Coordinates with logistical personnel, equipment specialists, higher ranked management officials, item managers at depots concerning critical shortages of repair parts required to support the maintenance repair program.Use readiness, production and management reports available from the current automation support system and/or manual system, provides status of equipment, maintenance actions in progress, and location of equipment as required or requested.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Track and report production metrics and performance.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksAble to read and comprehend vehicle manuals.Knowledge of production and inventory control and planning methods.Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills.Demonstrated strong analysis and problem-solving skills.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.5 years of experience as a Production Control Clerk.Experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS-Army) and or SAP based programsFamiliarity with The Army Materiel Maintenance PolicyJob Type: Full-time, Non-ExemptWork Location: Fort Stewart, GABenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceSolution One Industries is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
