Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $30/hour + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Our Everett office is an award-winning State Farm agency focused on building long-term customer relationships, providing excellent service, and helping customers protect what matters most.

We’re looking for someone with insurance experience or a strong background in a similar customer-focused industry who knows how to take care of customers while also recognizing opportunities to better protect them.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and having needs-based conversations—but also has a sales mindset and is motivated by results.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs

Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s situation, priorities, and potential coverage gaps

Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs

Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable State Farm products

Proactively follow up with prospects and existing customers

Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through additional products and coverage

Generate new business through referrals, follow-up, networking, and outbound activity

Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow through on customer commitments

Provide a high level of customer service while working toward individual and agency goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in candidates with insurance experience , but we will also consider individuals with relevant experience in financial services, banking, real estate, automotive, customer relationship management, or other consultative sales environments.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are preferred. Candidates with relevant experience who are willing and able to obtain the required licenses are encouraged to apply.
