The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Fund Finance to play a pivotal role in driving strategic operations within a dynamic, hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and precision across a range of financial activities, including accounting, investment structuring, and treasury management. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, external auditors, fund administrators, and tax professionals to uphold financial integrity and regulatory standards. Key duties include analyzing Limited Partner Agreements, overseeing the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, managing offshore investment structuring, and developing and monitoring annual budgets. The AVP will also be instrumental in enhancing the organization's financial processes and will be expected to lead and mentor teams to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, Fund Finance position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA license required and a CFA certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience is necessary, with a background in Big-Four accounting being advantageous. The role demands a strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and fund accounting principles, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and investment structuring methodologies. Experience in managing treasury operations and liquidity monitoring is essential, along with excellent communication skills for engaging with senior management and external partners.
