About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Fund Financing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving impactful fund financing strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and adhering to industry standards in a dynamic financial environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance financial reporting, and mitigate risks in fund financing structures. The AVP will also be expected to prepare detailed credit reports, contribute to innovative solutions, and support the development and implementation of tools and policies to streamline fund finance operations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in fund finance. Proficiency in underwriting, structuring, and loan syndication processes is essential, as is the ability to analyze financial documents, identify risks, and recommend solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading initiatives to align financing activities with regulatory standards and industry best practices and will be adept at participating in strategic projects to drive innovation in fund finance.
