Assistant Vice President Funding Analyst

Business Overview:

The FIBO Funding Desk is responsible for all funding functions pertinent to both Prime Broker and Fixed Income entities, including the proper booking and settlement of transactions and enforcing efficient cash management policy for the proper funding of the corresponding USD cash accounts.

Responsibilities:

Cash funding for multiple Prime Brokerage and Fixed Income bank accounts, end of day cash account reconciliations, and research of nostro/depo reconciliation breaks.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in a broker/dealer environment and have close contact with Front Office and Operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Necessary characteristics include attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Candidates must be able to work well with multiple teams, including Front Office & Operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Broadridge ADP ICI Impact systems
• Bank of NY Broker Dealer Clearance
• General knowledge of Back Office Operations
• Knowledge of Cash Funding Operations
• Ability to work well with Front Office and multiple Operations teams throughout the day
• Comprehensive research and analytical skills

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $105,000 to $135,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
