This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who excels in content creation, event planning, campaign management, and marketing automation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. What You Will Do Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives Manage blog posts, email communication, assist with campaigns, and social media content Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (Zoom/HubSpot), webinars, and trade shows Collaborate with internal global teams and external partners to ensure event success Track and analyze event performance to optimize future efforts Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention Align messaging across digital, social, email, and paid media channels Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) Use reports and dashboards to track campaign success and attribution Set up email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and audience segmentation Work with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion tracking Identify new marketing opportunities and trends to enhance brand visibility Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and applications engineering teams Measure and report on KPIs to ensure ROI-driven marketing strategies What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on content, events, campaigns, and automation Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot) and Salesforce platforms Strong writing and editing skills. Experience managing B2B campaigns across multiple channels Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data Ability to lift 50+ lbs. for show packing/shipments Excellent project management skills and attention to detail What We Can Offer You Competitive total rewards program with health and financial benefits (401K and profit sharing).
