Before opening the agency, I worked in claims with State Farm, where I developed a strong foundation for helping customers navigate lifes challenges. I graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago and have always had a passion for connecting with people, traveling, and staying active in the community. Over the years, weve supported local high schools and participated in various community initiatives to give back where it matters most.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Hemina Patel - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
