What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED
Leasing experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual a plus
Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
Availability to work Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits
Maintain accurate leasing and resident files
Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready
Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with marketing efforts both online and locally
Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
