Now hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for a company in Streetsboro.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Weekly pay ranging between $20 - $21, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Manage high volume of incoming customer calls and emails.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Provide product information to new and existing customers.
• Process credit cards and resolve billing errors.
• Calculate freight charges and update customer databases.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of customer service experience with a sales focus.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS software and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and understand technical detail and diagrams.
