We're the family company behind Acu-Market (25 years supplying acupuncturists, clinics and schools across the U.S.) and XACT Body Art (tattoo cartridges and supplies). Needles for healers and artists. We pick up the phone, our own needle brands are good enough that other distributors carry them, and we run the business AI-first. We've never had someone whose full-time job is growth. That's you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Win back practitioners who used to buy from us, and welcome newly licensed acupuncturists the week they start their careers.

• Open the dry-needling market: physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, and the course companies that train them.

• Build relationships with acupuncture schools and their graduating students.

• Own and grow our XACT wholesale and distributor accounts.

• Represent both brands at 8-10 trade shows a year, from acupuncture conferences to tattoo conventions.

• Work AI-first: every morning you get a call list with a one-page brief on each account. You talk; the systems handle the notes, follow-ups and quotes.

What you won't do: key orders, pack boxes, drive a delivery route or run social media.

YOU

• 3+ years in B2B sales with numbers you can show, and experience opening and managing distributor or dealer accounts.

• You can walk into an acupuncture clinic in the morning and a tattoo shop in the afternoon and be believed in both. Independent shop owners trust you.

• You can teach a room: a class, a workshop, a booth demo.

• You already use AI tools every day.

• Bonus: practitioner supplements, professional beauty/PMU, dental, chiropractic or PT supply, wellness, CBD or action-sports sales.

• Valid driver's license. Regular travel and some weekend shows.

WHERE

South Florida, hybrid: 1-2 days a week in our Riviera Beach office, the rest in the field or on the phone.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $75,000-$85,000 base, about $120,000 total at plan, uncapped.

• Commission on the gross profit of every new and won-back account, commission on the accounts you manage, and bonuses for new practitioner and distributor accounts.

• Guaranteed minimum commission for your first 6 months.

• IRS mileage reimbursement and a phone stipend.

• Health (Florida Blue), dental and vision insurance with the company paying 50% of premiums, plus $25,000 life and AD&D insurance paid 100% by the company.

• PTO and paid show travel.
