We prioritize work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions including:

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy or counseling sessions to clients dealing with diverse mental health issues.

• Conducting thorough client interviews to collect and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Assessing, evaluating, and formulating treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
\n
• Coordinating social and emotional support programs designed to enhance overall client well-being.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Building and maintaining therapeutic relationships, characterized by mutual respect and trust, with clients and their families.

• Documenting treatment progress and outcomes as per established protocols.

• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely updates to client records and adherence to privacy guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Many clients will be experiencing significant transitions or stressors in their lives, and your support will be instrumental in fostering resilience and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field of study.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
