Location: Tallahassee, FL 32301 Pay Rate: $16.50/hr Client: Dept of Health - Office of Children's Medical Services DRESS CODE: Business Casual
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have 1 year experience working in an administrative assistant in a professional office environment
- Must have 1 year experience supporting executive management
- Must have 2 years of customer service experience
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficient in multitasking
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Required Skills:
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (at least 2 years of experience)
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant supporting management
Compensation: $16.50 per hour
