You'll train, guide, encourage, and work with your team to keep quality high, schedules on track, and production standards sharp.Key responsibilities:Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and qualityTrain team members on SOPs, WIs, good housekeeping, and safety protocolsTrack scrap with precision and make sure it's disposed of correctly and properlyRecord production documentation and finished goods in SAPPerform ongoing quality checks, appearance, torque, and weightCoordinate closely with cross-functional departments on projects and changeoversJump into investigations of failures or deviations and help uncover starting causesKeep your line and your crew tidy, compliant, and always readyPromote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policiesBe a strong communicator and a trusted team leader across your shiftsRequirements you need:High School Diploma or GED strongly preferredAt least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experienceFamiliarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, SOPs, SAP, and HMI systemsAbility to multitask, solve problems, and get things done even on tight deadlinesMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyLong periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pullingWork in a climate-controlled environment with moderate noiseFrequent interaction with motorized equipment (forklifts, electrical pallet jacks, etc.)Standard PPE requirements (hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, etc.)Why should you join kdc /one?Better starts here.
