This position is designed to be fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal responsibilities effectively. Working from your home office, you will be equipped with advanced telehealth tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, which allows for a streamlined process in delivering care. Our structured yet flexible work environment encourages you to manage your own schedule within standard working hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for occasional evening sessions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy to clients using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions through our secure and user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses, for case management and coordination of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients often come from underserved populations, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives by providing culturally responsive care that addresses social determinants of health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartfelt Connections, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
