This position offers a full-time, remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the convenience of your own home. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, contributing to a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and mental health status, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that are tailored to foster personal growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address various mental health issues, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for client engagement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care, regularly participating in case discussions and therapeutic planning sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with individuals from varied backgrounds and cultures, understanding their unique experiences and tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license or certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling to individuals facing mental health issues, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and adherence to ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
