This position allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while utilizing our advanced telehealth platform. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments: Performing thorough evaluations of new clients to develop personalized treatment plans based upon their needs and mental health goals.

• Designing tailored treatment strategies: Collaboratively creating and continually refining individualized care plans that reflect evidence-based practices and client input.

• Leading therapy sessions: Utilizing methods rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or other therapeutic frameworks to facilitate sessions that foster client progress and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Strength To Health Therapy, we focus on supporting low-acuity clients who are looking to improve their mental health and emotional wellness. The selected candidates will work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Our pre-screening process ensures that you will work with clients who need guidance and support, allowing you to use your expertise effectively without being overwhelmed by high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster therapeutic relationships that promote client engagement.

• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple client schedules and documentation effectively while delivering client-focused care.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of relevant mental health experience, particularly in providing therapeutic services via telehealth modalities. Candidates with a background in trauma-informed care or experience working with diverse populations will be given preference.
