Description

Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to help strengthen the processes, reporting, and resource planning that support our project teams. This newly created role will work closely with Project Managers, Finance/Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to keep project and resource information accurate, timely, and actionable.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, comfortable working with people and data, and interested in growing a career in project operations. The role will support recurring project reporting and reviews, coordinate resource planning, identify items requiring attention, and help improve the tools and processes our teams use every day.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate weekly project reporting and help identify projects or action items requiring follow-up.
• Work with Project Managers and leaders to maintain accurate staffing, workload, and resource forecasts.
• Support recurring project, financial, and revenue reviews by preparing information and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Maintain project and resource information in Deltek Vantagepoint and support ongoing data-quality efforts.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and other operational tools.
• Partner with Project Managers, Finance/Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Help document, improve, and streamline operational processes and workflows.
• Support implementation and continued development of RDA's resource-planning processes.
• As your knowledge grows, take increasing ownership of recurring project and operational reviews.

Preferred Experience

Any combination of the following would be helpful, but we are open to candidates from adjacent backgrounds:

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project operations, project controls, business operations, financial analysis, or a related area.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, professional services, or another project-based environment.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision, Ajera, or another project-based ERP system.
• Experience with resource or workforce planning.
• Familiarity with project budgets, billing, revenue, or project profitability.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or other data-analysis tools.

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
