The job As a Swedish‑speaking Sales Team Leader, you will join a creative and high‑energy sales department in a leading financial company specialising in online trading, currency exchange, and customer relations. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires both coaching and strategic thinking to ensure the team’s success.
