The job As a Swedish‑speaking Sales Team Leader, you will join a creative and high‑energy sales department in a leading financial company specialising in online trading, currency exchange, and customer relations. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires both coaching and strategic thinking to ensure the team’s success. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Managing the sales team and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met Listening to calls and assisting sellers in closing deals Monitoring daily reports and taking action when needed Reviewing each seller’s performance and setting daily targets Holding one‑on‑one meetings to coach, motivate, and resolve issues Managing attendance and disciplinary actions when necessary Opening support tickets and ensuring prompt follow‑up Providing daily feedback to the shift manager Motivating the team and creating a positive, high‑performance atmosphere We offer Full‑time permanent contract in Malta (on‑site) Opportunities for professional and financial growth Competitive base salary with no bonus cap Relocation package and paid flight ticket after three months Daily breakfast at the office and food allowance after three months Discount at Cynergi Gym, St. Julian’s largest fitness centre Tools and resources for building a long‑term career in finance and beyond A dynamic, international company with 200 employees and a strong team culture Your qualifications You are a fluent Swedish speaker and confident communicating in English.
