Vice President of Financial OperationsShape the Future of Finance in a High-Growth Telecommunications Organization

Our client is a rapidly growing telecommunications and connectivity services organization seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. This highly visible role will lead financial operations, drive acquisition integrations, support enterprise-wide initiatives, and help shape the organization's long-term financial strategy.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader with deep telecommunications industry experience , strong FP&A expertise , and a proven track record leading M&A integrations . The individual selected will have significant executive exposure and the potential to grow into a future CFO succession opportunity .

What You'll DoStrategic Financial Leadership

• Partner directly with the CFO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and profitability
• Serve as a trusted advisor and key financial leader across the organization
• Drive financial decision-making through data-driven insights and operational analysis

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities
• Monitor financial performance, operational KPIs, and business trends
• Deliver actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency and financial results

Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration

• Lead financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial operations
• Support the continued integration of acquired businesses across the organization
• Standardize financial processes, reporting, and operational practices to maximize value creation

Operational Finance Leadership

• Collaborate with leaders across operations, sales, pricing, retention, legal, and executive leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial performance and scalability
• Support treasury and other strategic finance functions as the organization evolves

Financial Reporting & Executive Communication

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and business insights
• Present recommendations, risks, opportunities, and performance updates to executive stakeholders
• Act as the face of finance across multiple business functions

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• 5+ years in a Director, Senior Director, VP, or equivalent senior leadership role
• Required: Telecommunications industry experience
• Strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, and operational finance
• Proven experience leading or supporting M&A transactions and acquisition integrations
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, and business analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial certifications preferred
• Experience within a multi-entity or acquisition-driven organization
• Subscription-based or recurring revenue business experience
• Demonstrated success building scalable financial processes and operational frameworks
