Professional – Export Coordinator

Location: Neenah, WI – Onsite
Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension and possible temp-to-hire opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a Professional – Export Coordinator to support international customer orders, export documentation, logistics coordination, and shipment activities. This role is primarily desk-based but requires onsite interaction with the warehouse team as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in global logistics, international shipping, customer service, procurement operations, or transportation and is comfortable working independently while proactively taking on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer order inquiries, questions, and issues.
• Enter, maintain, and update accurate order and material information using SAP and SED .
• Prepare, verify, and transmit required export documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate shipments with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, and carriers to meet delivery requirements.
• Process standard and non-standard picks for applicable countries.
• Obtain and evaluate freight quotes.
• Coordinate shipment consolidation, closing, and completion.
• Manage tentative pricing activities.
• Provide backup support and assume export responsibilities as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
• Support KTW-to-KTE shipments and sales order entry for all applicable countries.
• Assist with quoting and alternative sourcing activities.
• Research and resolve customer-initiated claims and repair-related issues.
• Perform other export and logistics-related activities as assigned.
• Proactively identify additional tasks and projects and contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, export coordination, procurement operations, shipping, or transportation .
• Experience working with international/global customers or shipments strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and established performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and carriers.

Performance Expectations

• Meet 100% of daily shipping deadlines .
• Provide an initial customer response within 24 hours .
• Maintain one or fewer customer-service-related claims per month .

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidates will have previous experience in a global logistics or carrier environment and understand the movement of products and materials across international supply chains.
