Our program includes support for interns and guidance for hiring teams in order to make the internship a successful and rewarding experience./ppThe SFARI (Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative) Administrative Team is looking for an intern to support a variety of administrative and technical projects related to the organization of the teams archiving hubs, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Monday.com./ppThis position will report to the Senior Executive Assistant Manager, Administrative Support and will work directly with members of the administrative team./ppThe SFARI Intern will work onsite at our New York offices. This temporary internship is expected to run from June 1 to August 13, 2026./ph3Essential Functions/Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist with central archiving efforts/liliOrganize folders and files in Google Drive and Dropbox/liliAudit access to folders within Google Drive and Dropbox/liliMaintain shared Google sheets in Google Drive with up to date information/liliCreate configurable templates (Google Sheets, Google Docs) as needed/liliAssist with organization and maintenance of various Monday.com boards/liliRecreate team conference calendar/liliSet up AV equipment for meetings/liliComplete additional tasks and projects as assigned/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliProficiency in Google Workspace is required/liliProficiency in Dropbox/liliProficiency in Monday.com/liliAdept at leveraging AI to improve workflows/liliAble to keep tasks, information, and deadlines organized/liliAccuracy and attention to detail/liliAbility to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders/liliInterest in learning and collaborating with the SFARI team/li/ulpOur Commitment to Expanding Pathways to Science Opportunities for All:/ppMany of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds, and experiences.
