About The Role Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, ensuring critical facility systems and equipment operate flawlessly for a leading healthcare client. Working Monday to Friday during day shifts, you'll perform diverse maintenance tasks, from preventative checks to complex repairs, creating a safe and efficient environment for all. This vital role includes participation in an on-call rotation, offering the chance to provide continuous support and directly impact patient care through your technical expertise and responsiveness. What You’ll Do Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Perform general commercial facilities maintenance, including plumbing repairs, light electrical work, and other routine building upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operations. Conduct regular checks on facility assets, including doors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. What You’ll Need High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Why CBRE? The minimum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $22.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Maintenance position is $24.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
