Staff Accountant - Treasury

Staff Accountant - Treasury Join Restaurant Technologies' Treasury team as a Staff Accountant and play a key role in keeping our cash and accounting processes accurate, timely, and audit-ready. In this hybrid role based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro, you'll support cash forecasting and reconciliations, tax reporting, supplier setup in our ERP, and month‑end activities partnering with field operations and corporate teams to solve questions and keep work moving. Location This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate must be based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area and must be willing to commute to the office 2-3 days per month. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on market conditions and the candidate's experience. Responsibilities Prepare cash forecasts Complete cash reconciliations Prepare property tax, sales & use tax, and corporate tax reporting Complete new supplier registrations in ERP system and make updates to suppliers Accounting and invoicing of used cooking oil pickups including month end accrual Provide accounting support for travel and expense questions and card management Provide accounting support to field operations and other corporate departments, as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 2+ years' experience in corporate or public accounting Strong GAAP knowledge Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and proven ability to learn new technology systems Proven organizational skills; detail oriented; and excellent communication skills Proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment Experience with general ledger functions and the month‑end close process Experience with corporate and sales tax Preferred CPA Inclusive Employer At Restaurant Technologies, we celebrate diversity, believe in equity, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees; we're proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affiant Authority employer.
