HR Specialist: Leave & Compliance Ops
Opus
Opus is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in East Granby, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee leave programs, coordinating Workers' Compensation claims, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of HR experience and knowledge of HRIS systems. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
