Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ effective psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver individualized services to clients dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans and initial discharge strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on the specific treatment goals of each client.

• Develop initial treatment plans based on thorough assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate additional necessary services.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, remaining responsive to the evolving needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
