Who You Are You are a motivated Client Services professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Services Specialist, you excel at multitasking, pipeline management, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no-quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12-9 PM EST Travel requirement: Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience. Following this event, ongoing travel is minimal - approximately 5% annually for team on-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers Communicate with customer through various channels Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Communicate with internal departments as needed What You'll Need Associates degree preferred or related work experience 2-3 years of customer service experience Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently Navigate through various different software systems MUST be able to work Monday - Friday on a 12-9PM schedule Life at BHG Financial At BHG Financial, we work hard and aren't afraid to take risks.
