Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: May 4 - October 30 (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hour
Openings: 1

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support program participants by providing guidance, resources, and ongoing assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and monitor their engagement and progress
• Assist customers through program enrollment, eligibility, and service processes
• Conduct workshops, orientations, and training sessions as needed
• Provide support in accessing services such as education, childcare, transportation, and other resources
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and issues are resolved
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve participant concerns
• Identify and communicate any barriers impacting customer engagement

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Teams)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
