Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote working arrangement, allowing you to manage your schedule around your caseload and client appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and strengths in their substance abuse recovery journey.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to address both mental health concerns and substance use disorders.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation and client records in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated treatment approaches for each client.
• Educate clients and their families on available mental health resources and techniques to support ongoing recovery.
• Keep abreast of current research and developments in substance abuse treatment, actively integrating new findings into practice.
• Manage caseload effectively to meet treatment goals while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health issues. Your work will involve engaging clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs, and fostering an environment of support and understanding as they navigate their recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing therapy focused on substance abuse recovery.
• Proficiency in employing solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in integrated care or within community health settings will be strongly considered. Familiarity with digital health tools for treatment tracking and client engagement is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
