FIELD COORDINATOR We’re looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Breckenridge, CO location. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements. Wage: $25-$35 per hour, paid weekly Job type: full time Paid on-the-job technical and professional growth opportunities Established career path for future advancement 401k and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plans Life & Disability Insurance plans Financial wellness programEmployee assistance program Employee discount programs ESSENTIAL DUTIES Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members Create and maintain daily and material reports Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management Track equipment usage Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and gather all compliance documents required for closeout Assist operations management with various field duties Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary Admin and office tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, etc Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Perform miscellaneous duties assigned KEY QUALIFICATIONS High school Diploma or equivalent Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must hold a valid Driver’s License Physical activity for the role includes: Travel as needed between job site and office Walking for long periods, on variable terrain Sitting and standing for long periods Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
