Summary

Holderness & Bourne is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Sales Representative for the West Florida Territory. This full-time role will be responsible for establishing, growing and managing relationships with premier green grass golf accounts, country clubs and specialty retail accounts across Western and Central Florida.

Specific Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Territory Sales Management: Traveling throughout the year to present and sell the Holderness & Bourne line to wholesale clients within the defined West Florida territory.
\n
• Account Execution & Planning: Forecasting future seasonal sales, writing and processing sales orders, sending order confirmations, analyzing historical account performance, attending regional trade shows/events, and executing core sales strategies.
\n
• Pipeline & Operations Support: Collaborating closely with our operations team to support the wholesale logistics pipeline and ensure on-time product deliveries
\n
• Includes embroidery proof tracking, custom logo placement management, inventory availability monitoring, and active client updates.
\n
• Elevated Account Support: Providing high-touch customer support to wholesale partners and building lasting relationships grounded in responsive, detail-oriented service.
\n
• Includes supplying technical product details, fabric insights, merchandising suggestions, and live inventory availability.
\n

Qualifications & Requirements: 

\n

\n
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in wholesale sales and account management (golf apparel, luxury soft goods, or green-grass industry experience strongly preferred).
\n
• Technical Skills: Strongly proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and sales reporting tools.
\n
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal presence. 
\n
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust priorities quickly, manage multiple account projects simultaneously, and thrive in fast-paced environment. 
\n
• Organization: Highly organized, efficient in time management, and meticulous with order details.
\n
• Travel: Substantial road travel required throughout the territory to service key accounts, conduct product presentations, and attend industry trade shows.
\n

Compensation & Location:

\n

\n
• Position Type: Full-Time
\n
• Compensation: Base salary of $35,000 + uncapped commissions
\n

• Location: Must be based within the territory (preferably near a major metro hub like Tampa or Naples/ Fort Myers).
