\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\n
\n
\nWe're seeking driven, patient-focused Sales Experts to join our team. This is a traditional field sales role for someone who builds relationships and drives outcomes — not a maintenance role. You'll be in the field 4-5 days a week, meeting with 7-10 Urologists, Men's Health specialists, and high-volume TRT prescribers daily, with the goal of generating KYZATREX prescriptions that help patients get treated.\n

\nThe ideal candidate has established relationships in Urology and Men's Health, hands-on experience with testosterone (TRT) therapy, and a strong understanding of how medical practices operate — how decisions get made, who informs the prescriber, and how to earn meaningful time with physicians in service of better patient care.\n
\n
\nYou're a thoughtful, strategic thinker who brings energy and follow-through to every interaction. This is an individual contributor role for someone motivated by strong performance and real impact. You'll be supported by a collaborative leadership team invested in clearing the way for your success.\n

\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n
\n
\n- Help physicians become confident KYZATREX prescribers so they are most equipped to treat the patients they serve: This is our top priority every day. New prescriptions will come both from new prescribers and from growing relationships with existing ones. We measure success by the patients who benefit from KYZATREX.\n
\n
\n- Be present in the field: You'll be in your territory 4-5 days a week, making 7-10 quality calls a day on Urology and Men's Health practices. You'll bring a strong foundation in sales and office dynamics and build genuine rapport with everyone in the practice — front desk, MAs, NPs/PAs, office managers, and physicians — to earn access and support good patient outcomes. You'll focus on what matters most: helping patients get the right treatment. Your goals will be achievable and built around new prescribers and growing relationships with existing ones.\n

\n- Offer flexible options: We offer four purchasing models — bill clinic, bill patient, in-office dispensing, or hybrid combinations. Your role is to listen, understand each practice's needs, and recommend the best fit.\n

\n- Champion KYZATREX: Help make KYZATREX a trusted, preferred oral testosterone option in every Urology and Men's Health practice you serve.\n
\n
\n- Grow the network: Identify new Urologists, Men's Health specialists, and high-volume TRT prescribers within your territory and build relationships with them.\n
\n
\n
\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n
\n
\n- 5+ years of pharmaceutical field sales experience with documented success; Men's Health or Urology experience required, testosterone/TRT experience strongly preferred.\n
\n
\n- Documented performance success in launch and growth environments.\n
\n
\n- Established relationships with Urologists, Men's Health specialists, and TRT prescribers in your territory that provide immediate access and rapid script generation.\n
\n
\n- Ability to expand network contacts and grow scripts through strong referrals.\n
\n
\n- Experience articulating the sales message to the entire office — front desk to physician — for awareness, uptake and partnership.\n
\n
\n- Proven ability to convert physicians into KYZATREX prescribers quickly, with the follow-through to partner with the practice for growth.\n
\n
\n- Strong business acumen enabling partnership with practices to increase their own marketing/awareness campaigns for growth and business success.\n
\n
\n- A traditional rep's work ethic: 4-5 days a week in the field, 7-10 calls a day, scripts generated immediately — no excuses.\n
\n
\n- Deep understanding of medical practice dynamics and how to build rapport with offices to earn access and influence prescribing decisions.\n
\n
\n- Start-up to mid-sized company experience is key; you'll have to understand not everything will be perfect.\n
\n
\n- Critical and strategic thinking is required. You must bring selling solutions to your engagements every day. Don't bring the standard, set it. Find ways to win attention, loyalty, and KYZATREX scripts.\n
\n
\n- You have to work hard but you also have to work smart. An incredibly strong business acumen is required.\n
\n
\n- You must bring a level of confidence that's undeniable, that will challenge convention and that allows you to make difficult decisions seamlessly.\n
\n
\n- Fanatical effort, grit, and a relentless bias for action. You're a doer, and doers get things done.\n
