Job Description

As a System Medical Director with USACS, you'll lead collaboratively with hospital and nursing leadership while supporting your physician staff and serving as a key leader within the emergency department and across the organization. Your responsibilities include partnering with nursing leadership and hospital administration, supervising EM staff per institutional bylaws and procedures, and representing the ED throughout the community and medical staffall while benefiting from the security and resources of a national group without sacrificing the advantages of local EM practice.

• Provide oversight and leadership support to site-level Medical Directors across Ascension St. John Medical Center, St. John Sapulpa, St. John Broken Arrow, St. John Owasso, and St. John Jane Phillips Medical Center, helping drive operational consistency, physician engagement, and leadership development across the system
