Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and comprehensive risk assessments to determine the client’s needs and treatment approach.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients, taking into account their specific goals, cultural contexts, and personal circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuity of care for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including timely progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in psychoeducation efforts with clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and equipping them with effective management strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to measure the effectiveness of treatment interventions and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
