HR Generalist

Vaco Phoenix is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a prestigious client based in West Phoenix. The role focuses on employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, and compensation management. The position is office‑based in Peoria and offers up to $75,000 annually depending on experience. Responsibilities Manage and post job openings across multiple recruiting platforms. Prepare and extend employment offers, supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct employee relations fact‑finding conversations and gather relevant information regarding workplace concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and conflict resolution assistance. Coordinate and facilitate weekly new‑hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Support onboarding initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and daily human resources operations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; management experience strongly preferred. Strong problem‑solving, reporting, and analytical skills. Experience leveraging MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to present information and influence leadership. Benefits Annual salary up to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
