Work Environment\n

The work setting is remote, allowing flexibility while ensuring access to necessary patient interactions and collaborative team meetings. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that explore the unique experiences of each patient and use these insights to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Implement tailored evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, adaptable to the cultural contexts of your patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, enhancing resilience, and fostering overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Required: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
