Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Deliver quality individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for all clients regardless of their geographical constraints.

• Regularly establish therapeutic goals for clients and monitor their progress through evidence-based metrics.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to meet ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings and peer supervision to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n
