Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population grappling with various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. As such, the ideal candidate should be adept at working with individuals from varied backgrounds, employing culturally competent practices that foster an inclusive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices for individual and group therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
