Join a growing physician-led group seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for inpatient and outpatient care. Enjoy a M -F or a 7 on 7 off schedule, strong mentorship, and collaboration with experienced providers in a supportive learning environment. Work in the Flint, Michigan area, which is convenient to Lansing and Detroit. while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Excellent opportunity for both experienced and newer APPs seeking professional growth and clinical support

Compensation: $110,000 base salary plus productivity incentives. Lifestyle: Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend clinic requirements. Location: Four established practice locations throughout the Flint, Michigan area. Practice Setting: Choice of inpatient and outpatient medicine opportunities. Training & Support: Work alongside 25 providers with strong mentorship for new APPs. Benefits: Competitive compensation package, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and company-matched 401(k)
