Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current and valid Florida SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing SLP services within a school setting, including IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to work across multiple sites and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation of services and student outcomes
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment that inspires student confidence and success
