The role is located near Clarks Summit, PA, with two full-year and two leave-coverage assignments available.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Possess a valid Pennsylvania SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles is highly valued.
• Skilled at creating and implementing IEPs, conducting assessments, and tracking progress.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; adept at collaborating across teams.
• Demonstrates adaptability to serve diverse caseloads and age groups.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Complete timely assessments, evaluations, and documentation aligned with school and state guidelines.
• Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide guidance and education to staff and families to further student progress.
