Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Pennsylvania SLP licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and providing speech services to students K-12
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability in a dynamic educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services addressing articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with district standards
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
