Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful contract position delivering essential therapy services to K-12 students during the Extended School Year (ESY) session. Two openings are available for skilled Occupational Therapists (OT) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about making a positive impact within a school-based setting. This opportunity is located near Clarks Summit, PA and features a manageable part-time summer schedule, ideal for professionals seeking rewarding work with flexibility.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification and licensure as an OT or SLP in Pennsylvania
• Experience supporting K-12 students in school environments is highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when engaging diverse learners and their support teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with educators and school teams to develop and monitor IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Document student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records
• Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with families regarding student goals and achievements
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages student progress and participation

Schedule & Details:

• Extended School Year (ESY) program: June 29 - August 6
• Workdays are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Hours are 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM, offering a consistent and focused workday
