Two contract positions are available for dedicated professionals, ready to enrich the summer experience for children near Pittston, PA. This opportunity focuses on Extended School Year (ESY) services, running from June 29th through August 6th, and offers a consistent, part-time schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility pending).
• Background working with school-aged children, preferably with K-12 populations.
• Experience in school or educational settings is highly valued.
• Passion for fostering communication, independence, and engagement in learners of all abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions to a diverse caseload of K-12 students.

• Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and other service providers for holistic student support.
• Document student progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders.
• Create an encouraging environment that supports students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
