Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract-based opportunity is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) seeking to advance their expertise in a collaborative, student-centered environment. You’ll be joining a team focused on empowering students in grades K–12 to reach their fullest communicative potential.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license, Pennsylvania SLP certification, and ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnostics, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
• Adaptability when managing dynamic caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and case management for a diverse caseload (details to be provided)
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with students, families, and educators
• Maintain accurate records, therapy logs, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings, conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Effectively support two full-year roles and two leave coverage positions (one ending in November, another after the first semester)
