Who You Are: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-time Accountant to manage and maintain our full-cycle accounting operations and provide support for government and commercial contract administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation and interest in contracts. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management (Primary Focus) Maintain and manage RAM Labs’ general ledger, chart of accounts, and financial reporting systems Handle full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), knowledge of payroll processing, and monthly reconciliations Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, financial forecasts, and variance analyses Evaluate and monitor indirect cost pool rates to ensure accurate cost allocations for government contracts Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Contract Administration & Business Operations Support the preparation of cost proposals, including pricing and indirect rate projections Assist with contract negotiation, execution, and monitoring for both government and commercial agreements Track and analyze revenue, funding, and cost structures for active contracts Ensure timely and accurate submission of deliverables and reporting under contract termsConduct timekeeping audits and ensure accuracy of labor reporting Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to meet financial and contractual milestones Aid in proposal development and incurred cost submissions (ICP) for government contracts Provide administrative support to human resources and general business functions as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr RAM Laboratories, Inc.
