Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Tampa, Florida. You will work a standard 40-hour week, with some variable weekend shifts expected. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and progress.
• Provide consultations to other healthcare providers on a patient's continuum of care and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain open and effective communication with patients, their families, and the broader healthcare team.
• Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with professional standards.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, participate in quality improvement projects, and assist in program development.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, contributing to their professional development and enhancing team cohesion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensure requirements while managing departmental resources effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
