Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite and specifically focused on home health care. You will be visiting patients in the Tampa area, providing treatment in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific diagnoses and conditions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods across various patient demographics, primarily focusing on orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide skilled therapeutic services at the patient's home, utilizing advanced techniques and tools to achieve optimal patient outcomes in alignment with the physician's treatment protocol.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring effective communication with patients and their families to foster an encouraging therapy environment.

• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers about health management, injury prevention, and rehabilitation processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgical procedures, elderly patients, children facing developmental challenges, and athletes in need of rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside proficient computer and documentation abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
