Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to diagnose physical impairments and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Utilize effective physical therapy modalities to treat various injuries, diseases, and disabilities, always adhering to standard practices and guidelines.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers regarding treatment programs and home exercises, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with regulatory, facility, and department policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapy aides, to coordinate optimal patient care and facilitate clear communication regarding patient needs and treatment goals.
• Monitor and maintain departmental productivity standards while ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
